Jimmy Kong
Principal, PT Metis
Jimmy started his career in banking, and is a seasoned ex-banker who has regional experience with solid investment banking credentials with experience running listed companies. Between 2015 and 2018, he was part of a small-cap company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia principally involved in the various stages manufacturing of packaging where he joined as a Group Executive Director, with oversight over the day-to-day operations of their more than 8 subsidiaries’. He joined PT Metis Advisory as a Director in 2021, and has in the short time since, completed 5 IPO mandates with a total funds raised of c. USD50m, and is presently in the midst of execution of several IPO and bond mandates for an indicative c. USD30m.
Agustin Wi Dyawati
Principal, PT Infinity Financial Services
Agustin has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in sales distribution and marketing in corporate and retail banking, as well as credit and risk management during her roles at PT Bank Lippo Tbk (which was later acquired by CIMB Niaga) and later PT Bank Mega. In 2010, she joined Wana Artha Life, where she had contributed to the growth of companies as a trusted independent investment advisory service provider. She is presently also the Chairperson of PT Star Premier Sejahtera, PT RGI & PT Infinity Financial Services, where she has successfully expanded business into Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and eastern Indonesia.

Data Analytics-led Behavioural Finance Modelling for quantification and prediction of consumer behaviour, which, in previous roles, had enabled the sale of structured and unstructured tranche and flow investment products across numerous underlying asset types (e.g. gold, FX, property, etc.) and structures of sales exceeding USD13b over a 3-year period.
Capital Markets Activities including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), public and private fundraising via equity and debt, and related core activities such as valuation, structuring, drafting of corporate proposals (for submissions to regulators, etc.), due diligence and data room management.
Extensive experience across the Blockchain value ecosystem, from mining of coins, to deployment of blockchain technology for financial institutions.

We provide advisory and execution services to connect retail and corporate investors looking for direct exposure to operating companies with businesses seeking capital for working capital and expansion, specialising in fundraising via the blockchain via the Security Token Offering (“STO”) space.
STO are regulated offerings of securities using digital tokens based on blockchain technology, combining blockchain technology with the requirements of regulated securities markets to achieve various advantages over the traditional trade of securities.

Luke Nathan
Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder
Luke Nathan is a co-founder of Sujasu Limited. Prior to co-founding Sujasu, he spent over 12 years within the various facets of the corporate and institutional banking industry. Luke started his career at CIMB Investment Bank's Corporate Finance division, within the regional mergers and acquisitions team, and later at HSBC, where he further specialised in corporate credit analysis and was involved in numerous change management and operational improvement initiatives. Luke has a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Management from the University of Nottingham.
Jason Yike
Chief Development Officer, Co-founder
Jason Yike is a co-founder of Sujasu Limited, a private investment firm focusing on key growth markets in the ASEAN region. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation, Jason began his career at International Business Machines corporation delivering solutions to the financial services sector in Malaysia. He later worked across the banking industry within local, regional and global international banks in a multitude of roles for over 16 years covering various areas including strategic planning, product development, project management, and customer experience.
